Splicing system

  • During nonstop roll change, the cable cutting device is used, paper roll change is realized without manual intervention.

  • Before the automatic paper splicing, air shaft should be placed on the support arm in advance when the equipment is in normal operation.

  • After receiving the change order, the pneumatic pressure arm will press down the preset air shaft, and the old paper roll will be cut off, and the new roll will be wound onto the air shaft.

Rewinding control

  • The rewinding is controlled by the motor, the motor is driven independently for constant tension control with servo motor driver. The tightness of the paper can be automatically controlled easily by setting the tension value without manual intervention

  • Preset the number of rewinding meters. When it reaches the set value, the roll change process is started.

  • Tension control is controlled by floating roller, air cylinder and sensor

  • High-precision air cylinder controls robot arm on both ends to achieve automatic switching of air shafts

  • High-precision air cylinder controls robot arm on both ends so that the air shafts automatically get close to driving roller to winding the roll.

  • Machine automatically stops when paper breaks
