Pre-Register system
Registering system used to minimize the distance to length register position of the plate sleeves mounted on the requested printing units, at the start of the machine. This system allows fast set up of the length registration and considerably reduces paper scrap during start up procedure
The system requires an accurate positioning of the plates, with a precise circumferential alignment to a reference mark located on the supporting sleeve. A cavity on one edge of the sleeves must be provided to fit on a reference pin located on the supporting mandrels.
The pre-registering system is controlled by the central processor used for the automatic decks positioning which automatically prepares all the sleeve mandrels in phase at machine start up.
Auto register control
Longitudinal print registration by remote controls located near by the printing stand and near by the monitor of the video-scanner when this unit is supplied。
The longitudinal printing registration, is permitted by a difference of rotation speed of the plate sleeve mandrel. The registration length is consequently infinite

The first color group is the benchmark and the behind printing unit registers automatically according to the first color group.
The automatic registration controller can adjust the Phrase Position of the servo motor according to the detected error, realizing the quick registration and improving the operating quality and the extent of automation, so the machine greatly reduces the labor intensity and the attrition rate of raw materials.

Inking system (Specified with auto washing system)
Inking system by enclosed chambered doctor blade system. The chamber is provided of inlet and outlet ports for the ink circulation. Side sealing system to close laterally the chamber.
The alignment and pressure set up of the blades against the anilox roller, is obtained by specially designed mechanical device located on the side supports. This system ensures the stable pressure for the inking system.
A stainless-steel ink tray, located under each printing unit, collects ink surplus during working and cleaning operations. The trays are mounted on quick release supports to facilitate replacement.
Each station has independent ink circulation system.
Printing pressure setting system.
Printing decks are moved to their printing position automatically, depending on the repeat lengths selected. Each printing unit is moved throughout two high precision ball screws, and driven by four servo-motors. 2 motors control the movement of each plate cylinder supports (1 motor each supporting side), 2 motors control the movement of each anilox cylinder supports (1 motor each supporting side)
The position of each support, on each side, is precisely controlled by an encoder mounted on each motor.
Operator decks positioning system interface is by the central industrial processor of the machine.
Sequential printing pressures release system.
Sequential printing pressures quick release during machine stop cycles. When machine stop is activated, the pressures of the anilox rollers from the plate cylinders are released immediately in order to stop ink transfer on the plates. The plate rollers pressures against the web, are released later after a pre-selected time to permit complete ink transfer on to the web, in order to get a clean plate when the machine stops.
The throw-off are activated by the four servo-motors used for the decks positioning system and for the printing pressures adjustment. The system ensures the return of the printing rollers in the correct position by a control carried out throughout encoders.
The throw-off are activated independently or simultaneously for all the printing units, through remote controls located on the machine main control panel.

Drying system on each unit

Each station equipped with 5th generation hot air-drying system. After printing, paper web goes up into the drying unit.
It adopts air blade design.
Every drying unit has its own blowing fan and air volume is adjustable. Meanwhile it has air circulation system which can lower down power consumption.
Within the drying unit, paper is supported by guide roller to make sure air flow will not impact web tension.

The paper path is supported throughout the machine, by idle rollers constructed in aluminum alloy and supported on high slip bearings. The rollers are statically and dynamically balanced.

Electric cubicles fixed with air conditioning

The machine is supplied with a first-class high-quality finish. All the components and the covers are subject to an external finishing processes in order to supply proper protection from normal external wear and tear. The metal components are subject to a process of cleaning, rust protection coating and epoxy painting.

A group of cubicles, depending on machine specifications, contain all the electronic control cards and the electric and electronic auxiliary services. The power drives, the auxiliary servicing components (PLC, remote control-switches, relays etc.), the power connection with the main power switch, are cabled in separate sections one from the other.
The main electric board is separated from the machine structure, and connected to it through electric wires protected by sheaths and laid into a proper ducting system. It is usually located in the back side of the machine to a proper distance permitting full operative liberty, except different specifications instructed by the buyer/user.
Warnings: the local security laws where the machine will be installed, might be different from the standards used. Any modification to be carried out to the standard security systems and guarding, must be adequately outlined by the buyer/user to the seller/supplier, and in any case will be at buyer’s/user’s extra charge. In case such modifications will delay the delivery of the machine, the seller/supplier will not be deemed responsible for such delay.

The machine is supplied complete with all necessary instruction manuals, for the correct operational procedures, and for planned maintenance. The manuals are complete with all operator instructions and the schematic drawings for the electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic installations. The instructions outlined in the technical documents must be followed scrupulously, and in case of any doubts the necessary instructions must be immediately checked by a competent engineer of the seller/supplier.

The machine is supplied with one (1) set of tools necessary for the ordinary maintenance. Additional tools and equipment for extraordinary repairs, are full responsibility of the buyer/user.

Ink system（patented technology）

Inking system by enclosed chambered doctor blade system. The chamber is provided of inlet and outlet ports for the ink circulation. Side sealing system to close laterally the chamber
The closed chamber doctor blade adopts a chamber design, and the knife holder can be easily separated from the main body, and the replacement of the blade is faster and lighter. (Proprietary support mechanism to ensure that the blade does not vibrate at high speed)
There is a special pressure relief device in the chamber , which will not cause the blade to deform due to overpressure in the chamber
The contact pressure between the scraper and the anilox roller is guaranteed by air pressure, and the pressure is adjusted by air pressure, and the wear of the blade can also ensure that the pressure remains unchanged. (Precision pressure regulation system can improve the service life of the blade and reduce the cost of use)
Each color group contains an air pressure ink supply system, stainless steel ink barrel, equipped with double pumps, ink supply and cleaning scraper holder, ink pipe and mesh roller are more convenient and fast, can be combined with automatic cleaning system

The plate cylinder and anilox roller automatically adjust the position according to the repeat length. The position adjustment is performed by a high-precision ball screw and four servo motors, and the plate roller and the anilox roller are respectively controlled by two servo motors.

Printing adjustment and setting

Automatic registration in the paper-feeding direction and accurate registration with servo motor in the horizontal direction.
Register adjustment in the paper feeding direction can be adjusted at the printing unit and the main control console.
The paper feed direction registration is adjusted by plate cylinder servo motor phase compensation, 360° adjustment. This operation is completed when the machine is registered
Horizontal registration adjustment is realized at the printing unit and the main control console.
Horizontal registration is realized by moving plate cylinder, and the maximum adjustment distance is +10mm.
Printing pressure adjustment is precisely controlled by the ball screw and the servo motor with an accuracy of 0.002mm.
When the machine is stopped, the anilox roller pressure is immediately released, and the supply of ink to the plate cylinder is stopped. The plate cylinder continues to run for a specified period of time and then depressurizes to ensure complete transfer of residual ink on the plate.
The pressure is controlled by four servo motors of the printing station. The system ensures precise positioning of the printing station.
Simultaneous pressure on and off can be achieved.
Having pressure memory storage function, once adjusted, the pressure is directly in place for the same product
