Core Technology: How It Works

1. Individual Servo Motors: Each print station (and often other units like the unwind/rewind) has its own high-precision servo motor.

2. Electronic Shaft (Virtual Master): A central controller (the "electronic shaft") sends digital signals to all the motors, synchronizing them perfectly as if they were on a physical drive shaft, but with much more flexibility.

3. Precise Registration: Each motor can make micro-adjustments on-the-fly to maintain perfect print-to-print registration, even during speed changes.
